Went to the gym today..... 1st day back after 6 month lay off.

Bench press... did 135 x 20 reps, 2nd set did 225 x 8 reps, 3rd set did 225 x 12 reps.(felt heavy) Followed by 3 sets of 25 push-ups.

Squat... 135 x 30 reps. legs started to cramp. did some stretching.

calf raises. 5 plates loaded up on seated calf machine. did 3 sets of 15 reps.

Bicep curls.... 35 x 10, 45 x 10, 65 x 10.

dips.. 3 sets of 15 reps with bodyweight (234lbs)

chin-ups did 3 sets of 10 reps with body weight.

skull crushers, did the bar and 25 on each side for 12 reps. x 2 sets.

wrist curls... 45 x 15 reps(one arm) 65 x 10 reps 80 x 10 reps both left and right hand.

that was pretty much it today.


I'm 5'9, 235 around 16 % bodyfat right now. maybe less (being hard on myself so that way im not cheating myself)


I will be taking daily pictures of me through-out this whole time. I have that app on my phone where it lets me log my pictures everyday.

Will be taking some gear.... (and gh for a whole year.) About average of 4iu a day.
I would go into detail about everything but people who view this board like to talk. (I should have changed my screen name)

i will post pictures when im not so dam embarressed.
 
what type of diet are you going to follow, training program, ect, ect

what are your goals, what do you want out of this...?
 
4500-5000 clean cals. 450 grams of protein. training every other day.

Goals are to get leaner, stronger, bigger.

I want to get the most out of this, as im going to follow my diet to the "T"
always been lazy in the past. looked pretty good, but not as good as i could have if i would have been more disciplined.
