Diet soda's are crap, terrible for you and you will store fat off of them. Chromium Picolinate is a wonderful supplement, it increases your insulin sensitivity which decreases your cravings for sugars and sweets. Hoodia has been disproven in processed pill form. It comes down to willpower mostly. Also up your water intake. Your mind often mistakes the signal for dehydration as the same signal for hunger.
