Appetite stimulation

What’s your favorite thing to take for appetite stimulation. I had a couple things in mine ghrp6, megestrol, or mk677

GHRP-6 for sure , MK gives me entirely to much water retention for what the effects give. EQ does increase my appatite but again unless I were trying to increase the dosage then I wouldn't use it specifically for appatite.

The biggest thing for me though is just increasing my calorie expenditure. Even just adding a couple 10 min session of HIIT cardio significantly increase my appatite

MK-677 for me although the increased hunger effect does wear off after a while so it's not that useful for that purpose long term.

I like doing mini diet breaks where I'll substantially drop my carbs for a 2-4 weeks. I usually trim up, refresh mentally, retain most of my performance in the gym and regain my appetite substantially. Also, cardio like everyone else has been saying. That helps a ton.

Check your liver health first. If your liver is stressed, you lose your appetite - that's why you lose it on harsh orals.

I'll echo a few others, for sure medical-grade cannabis. I use 2 different strains daily. One that will allow me to function while working and another for the evening. Every 6 weeks I take a week off from cannabis and the only downfall is that my appetite drops, but it resets my tolerance level for the weed.

Yep a one week break is all you need. Have to carefully ease back in because it's like the first time again. I have Wedding Cake, which, properly dosed, is amazing for focus, ease of anxiety and finally, sleep. Then I have some chemdawg 91 for "get shit done" smoke, but it increases anxiety, a little.

Ditto to this! Synthelamin helps tremendously. If your appetite is poor from liver stress add some Synthergine.
