Am I the only one who really freaking hates eating a lot?

My days would be SOO much better eating 2 meals a day, and I can revert back to that in a snap and loose a lot if I wanted.

I even got sick of eating on MK 677; to give you guys an idea of how little my body actually likes to eat.

No wonder I looked like mowgli from the jungle book in high school

lol the only time this happens to me is if I let myself get off track on my diet for an extended period of time, which hasn't happened in a long time. At that point I have no stomach for clean food and the only thing I want to eat is junk. Needless to say that doesn't really do much for performance or physique, so I have to work to "stay hungry" and this way I never have trouble eating.

P.S- I'm nearing the end of my Fortitude training blast and hate eating right now, few weeks of lower calories and resetting and I'll be rambling about hunger

Metformin slows my hunger down.

I take a ER in the morning cuz I don’t eat breakfast and it won’t hurt my belly, then a regular metformin with dinner.

Kratom does blunt hunger, but when I come down from the buzz I’m fucking starving and overeat

I'm on Metformin 1000-1500 daily. Does not seem to do anything for my appetite. Gonna try some quality 5-htp to see if he helps with the carb craving along with the nicotine patch. May throw some yohimbe in there too

I stick with meth and coffee for all my appetite control needs. JK I actually don't use anything. My wife though swears by Phentermine for appetite control / suppression.
