Just “discovered” a great, cheap OTC supplement for mood and appetite while cutting down. 5-HTP (5-hydroxy Tryptophan) seems to work great at 100mgs about 20 minutes before a meal to reduce your cravings. You will still have an appetite, but feel full with much less food. Mood seems to be helped as well. If I have insomnia due to hunger, 300mgs knocks me out COLD.
