Apple cider vinegar times.

I just pour a little ACV into a glass of water and sip on it until its gone.
 
As Dave pointed out, vinegar in and of itself can lower fasting blood sugar. It doesn't have to be ACV. In addition to this, vinegar has the ability to help lower cholesterol numbers over time. Again, it doesn't necessarily have to be apple cider vinegar.
 
I’ve never seen anything significant to back the efficacy of ACV. If a substance found in ACV was useful, we’d have isolated it.

Baking soda WITH ACV is just mixing acids and bases. If you have reflux, sodium bicarbonate tabs are awesome because you’re shifting the acidic environment in your digestive system to be immediately more basic.

ACV relies on the alkaline tide response, which doesn’t seem like it works well.

Most people are sold on the idea of ACV before ever trying it. By the time it’s used, there’s an extreme confirmation bias.

There are a few “studies” but most of them have flawed variables.

None of those studies are done on roid (ab)using large bodybuilders eating our specific kinds of diets. They, like practically every study people bring up, completely lack external validity because the vast majority are not relying on competitive enhanced bodybuilders as test subjects, but every day people or what they subjectively consider "trained" individuals in the exercise science literature.

That being said, I'd actually agree with you in that it's mostly likely simply acidifying the digestive environment resulting in more efficient breakdown in the exact same way red wine or something else similarly acidic would and that there's nothing magical about ACV itself. But if it's $4/bottle and doesn't taste like death, might as well...

I love baking soda it really helps acid indigestion, and buffers my CM - to give a "basic" way of taking one of the best supplements out there without the sides of ED drugs.

CM = Citrulline Malate powder

Haven't read any of the replies, but just from the initial question in the title, why don't you just add ACV (organic with "the mother" and of course raw/non pasteurized) to your meals? A few TBS mixed with your favorite dressing several times per day... easy... :)

That being said, you have to love vinegar's taste just like I do... :eek:;)
