Simple, easy, effective, and cheap. I seem to be having success with this. Just applying a 1:1 ratio of apple cider vinegar and filtered water topically with a cotton ball and it really seems to be working very well. I haven't been using any other cleansers, moisturizers, or topicals I had prescribed from the dermatologist. Refined ACV won't work the kind you want is organic, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and has "the mother." Braggs is the brand I use and can be found at most grocery stores for cheap, got it for less than 4 bucks for 16oz which lasts a while. You can use it on your face, chest, have your gf apply it on your back. If you have very sensitive skin you can adjust the ratio of ACV to water. Hopefully this will help someone else.
