I drink a shot glass of that Briggs organic ACV mixed with about 6oz of water before bed every night. I am going on about 4 months straight now without missing a night. Honestly, I do not notice any difference. I am simply hoping it reduces my blood sugar levels. Whatever the case, I am thinking I need a break after I finish this last bottle.
