I would like to hear from anyone but especially the vets on approaches to competing multiple times per year when it comes to diet, gear, and training. I'd especially like to hear about gear and the compounds and how they would utilize them. Say for example you did three shows in a 12 week span all four weeks apart. Do you advise coming off the harsher compounds or do you suggest running them all the way through. How long would you feel safely running tren or masteron within one year if competing multiple times. I know one guy on here who competed like 8 or 9 times in a year, futurefreak, probably has to have some experience with this.
Also how do you approach peaking and your eating between shows, I know this is all individual, but for example if your in show shape, would you attempt to do as little as possible to no cardio and just eat very strict running into the next show.
Lastly what is your guys opinions on training in very low body fat for extended periods of time. Do you find some things are better some are worse? How do joints feel? how is endurance?
Very interested to hear everyone's approaches.
I didn't spell check any of that as I'm in a rush so sorry if any of it looks like shit. lol
