Been reading about this stuff. Wondering if this would increase the effectiveness of a steroid cycle? Or is it hocus-pocus??

Arachidonic acid messed my blood lipids really bad and i didn't see any benefit using it,the theory is cool though...

Increasing omega 6's intake is not really the best thing something using AA's could do... forget about it, your heart will thank you in the long run.

I used a blend of it and 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin (AnabolicOne) for a month because two of my natty buds liked it. It just seemed to aggravate my slight gyno.. might have been the 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin though, not the AA. I actually felt better and grew more after I stopped it.

So I dunno about the claim that it helps gear work better. It did seem to help the natty guys some though.
