Yes, first cycles are most definitely overrated. Most users however are simply UNDER-DEVELOPED when they actually do their first cycle, so they make the greatest gains.
Exactely what I was going to say !!!
I see this so often that young guys who look like they barely lift do their first cycle , put on about 20 pounds of weight , end up looking like a 1 or 2 year experienced trainer and then zero progress from their on out .
