Bodybuilding oreinted. The younger staff found out what BB'ers have known all along..the more muscle you have the more fat you burn at rest. OMG! and that the more muscle you have the less chance of injuries at work saving the Company money in lost time accidents at home/job. No way! So this younger staff has talked the Company to get rid of the old equipment and they hauled in new equipment... looks like a real BB'ing gym now.

Man youze crazy Mav. Down here in the south the secret ingredient in 'dem donuts is LARD....helps keep the cholsterol levels up! I remember at 5-6 years old walking theough the local PIGGLY WIGGLY and IGA down here and seeing the blocks of LARD and asking what they were. My mom said "It's definitley not corn oil son!"
Maybe I'll partner with the local MD's and a pharm company to be the exclusive suppler and provider of Type II diabetic drugs, anti-cholesterol and fat blocker drugs to my customers!

Bro when i was a young kid and a teenager my grandma would cook mush (fried grits) in lard. She would take a wooden stirring spoon and just get a big ol' fat spoon full and throw it on the skillet. It used to make the whole house smell like buring flesh and shit. Thank god for "I cant believe its not butter " no fat spray.

Damn though all you can eat donut buffet? I will learn to like glaze donuts for dat!
