Are you a fan of Clenbuterol?

What do you notice from 20mcg pre-workout?
My stamina increases. I usually train after work and my job is mentally demanding. The kick from the Clen gets me moving and keeps me moving through the workout. especially on days I do The Stair master.
 
I prefer salbutamol so I can actually sleep at night, dunno how you guys sleep on clen.
im a fan of a low dose clen, like 20-60mcg, whatever amount you can handle and sleep well on, and using albuterol throughout the day instead of increasing the clen and having sides that negatively impact your progress.
 
clen is definitely old school but it still hits different when you're trying to get that final grainy look. the new stuff like glp-1s are amazing for just killing your appetite and losing weight overall but clen is like a furnace for that stubborn tissue right at the end of a prep. that being said the shakes and the heart racing are absolute trash lol. i feel like it’s becoming a "final 4 weeks only" kind of tool for most guys now since there are way lazier ways to drop fat these days without feeling like you drank 10 espressos.
 
Never experienced shakes from Clen. Might have a high tolerance, I do need to lower my caffeine intake
 
Really? They have the same mechanism of action I believe so I always alternate them when needing a fat burner. 3 weeks on and switch. I never took them together. Was there a noticeable difference together?
Ya I was taking it when hydroxicut was legit with clen. I felt like there was a difference and lasted longer.
 
I do 40mcg’s a day and get pretty good results. Going higher and I dont feel good. Racing heart, shakes, and beet red.

Used it many moons ago during my competition days, and still a go to when it’s time to cut.
 
Not a fan of clen personally…does it work ? Sure just think there’s better and safer methods out there. JMO 😎👊🏻💪🏻
 
Does anyone remember Spiropent? I used to get it back in the late eighties and earlier nineties. I cannot recall the dosage but I rarely got the shakes on it.

Not a fan. Results weren't great for me n made me way too shaky and anxious
 
I have always loved clen and react very well to it. (A little goes a long ways for me)
 
Question for the guys who get sleep issues on Clen:

Do you find changing the timing when you take it helps with sleep, or because of its long half life (25-39 hours) you’re just kind of fucked either way?

I recently added 40mcg Clen back in, and honestly the sides have been manageable (no shakiness or tremors or anxiety) and admittedly I’m kind of enjoying the boost in the gym, but….it’s kind of wrecking my sleep. I’ve been taking it at 4am as soon as I wake up, and even the following night I feel like I’m waking up every 15 minutes.

Would taking it right before bed be a little better hopefully? That way I’m asleep by the time it starts? Or maybe this would just make it worse since it usually peaks 2-4 hours later?
 
Yes 100%. Potassium + Taurine are essential ancillaries to support Clen and keep the dreaded cramps away (the ab seizures are the worst). Normally titrate 50-100mcg and stay there for 6-12 weeks.

In the past I used ketotifen as well. Haven’t in a few years and don’t see a difference.

Clen is known as a cutting agent but I also enjoy what it brings as an anabolic. It puts the body in a great condition to make significant gains, recomp, and fuel better aesthetics.
 
I will still use it occaisonally. Its an interesting compound, anabolic in animals.

I just asked chatgpt if there are any studies showing it is anabolic or anti catabolic in humans and it came up with at least one new interesting study which shows it is and one or two older studies showing it to decrease recovery time after surgery. I did not read the actual studies though.
 
I like Clen, used it more than a few times for sure. I have a fairly good tolerance for stimulants though, so even at higher doses I do well on it.
