Question for the guys who get sleep issues on Clen:
Do you find changing the timing when you take it helps with sleep, or because of its long half life (25-39 hours) you’re just kind of fucked either way?
I recently added 40mcg Clen back in, and honestly the sides have been manageable (no shakiness or tremors or anxiety) and admittedly I’m kind of enjoying the boost in the gym, but….it’s kind of wrecking my sleep. I’ve been taking it at 4am as soon as I wake up, and even the following night I feel like I’m waking up every 15 minutes.
Would taking it right before bed be a little better hopefully? That way I’m asleep by the time it starts? Or maybe this would just make it worse since it usually peaks 2-4 hours later?
