Are you a pusher or a puller? (Poll)

I've thought about this for a little while and come to the conclusion that I'm a stronger puller than I am a pusher. What are you strongest at...or are you equal?

For example: I feel like my DL, Rows, Leg curls, & even isolation curls are a decent amount stronger proportionally than any pushing movement such as Bench, Squats, Skullcrushers, etc.

Ops sorry it's not a poll!

I think I am a pusher. My pulling is not as strong as my pushing, bar far. I can bench much more than I can pull down. Pull ups/chins ups also feel far below what they should be in comparison.

PULLER!

Definitely a puller. Way stronger deadlifter, bent over rows, seated rows, etc. than I am squats and bench. Pulling is not as painful as pushing for me either. Too bad I can't pull my way to a huge chest!!:)

That's a tough call. I feel like I'm pretty much even, but I tend to be better at pushing. My rows are on their way to 2.5xBW. My box squat is my highest lift and it's roughly 3xBW. I'm gonna go with pushing :p

All pistons firing

Definately a Puller:

365lbs

Bench for 2
Squat for 10-12
Deadlift for 20

Definitely puller.
I can barely bench 315 but can row 405 and enjoy it much more.

Pusher, definitely. My squats and deads are at least proportionate to my bench now but my pull ups, pull downs, rows, are nowhere near where they should be in comparison.

PULLER.

CHINUPS- I CAN GET 20 GOOD ONES, PALMS AWAY, WIDE GRIP, FULL MOVEMENT IF I START WITH CHINS AS MY FIRST MOVEMENT.

DEADS AND ROWS I AM PRETTY STRONG AT.... The bench press, not that great. Best I ever did at a powerlifting meet was 400bls. Deadlifted 650, Squatted 600.

lol No one ever asks how much you bent row! :)

I'm really good at the treadmill.

Weightlifting, not so much.

I'm really good at the treadmill.

Weightlifting, not so much.

lol......thats more like a stomp

if i had to choose
i would say pusher

although my pulling is pretty good too

:)

i would say pusher. I wish i was stronger at my pulling movements.

I enjoy the pulling movements more, but some days it is just hard for me to get into a deadlift groove. I still move the weight but it is rarely as comfortable as say, incline smith bench. Whcih is funny since i have a repoaired pec tear=-)

I'm a pusher. Always been relatively stronger on pushing movements. Its structural. im thick front to back, haver short arms and perfect form with over developed triceps(compared to other muscles).

puller.. very strong back/shoulders that develop easier than every other part.

Pusher...I love squats and leg press

5'9"
185 lbs natural
15-20% bf

Standing Military Press - 155x4
Deadlift - 455x1
Bench Press (powerlifter style) 225x3
Squat (low-bar style)- 325x5
DB Row - 150x25

Definitely a puller

I am balanced. Pulling is on, pushing is on.
