I've read that at dose of 1mg a day it has the ability to increase test levels as well as its estrogen reducing properties. I'm on 700mg test, 800mg npp and 600mg eq. Would 1 mg adex a day make my estrogen levels too low? If so what would a more appropriate dose be?

I prefer aromasin. But both work. I run it 1mg eod Or .5mg ed. Youll know if that dose isnt enough and you can up it from there. dosing works differently for everyone so you just have to start off from a baseline and find out whats best for you.

.25mg ED is a good place to start. It won't raise your test level while on cycle at all.

What if you are on a low test high Tren protocol??? I'm at 250 test e and 600 Tren e... taking arim .25mg E3D because before I started this my estro was high. Its been 4 weeks since I've switched.

You are on enough test where it won't matter. Your better bet would be to just raise your test injections. Why would you want to do this?

adex halflife in males is around 24 hours, E3D dosing is yoyoing your E2 levels.
