arimidex and lethargy

Normally when on HRT (200-250) a week I do not take any AI .
and avoided taking when on higher up to 500.
but started now on a small .25 eod arimidex last week , and I feel lethargic .
in such a small amount can it cause it? on only 500 mg test ? started to take it as I am going to the 600 mg next week..

blood test are out of question till drop back to hrt level...

adex makes me very tired...kills my lipids, i like aromasin(i need an ai on hrt)...with .5 letro e3d if i go over 500

Adex 0.5mg/ED doesn't make me tired.
However, it is possible because Adex might kill your estrogen too low & therefore making u feel lethargic.

Estrogen sensitivity and AI dosing must be tailor made for the individual. In aussieBD's case yeah you might not need per se the adex. Also remember the half life of adex is usually asserted as 2-3 days. So by taking it EOD even after just a week you'll have an escalating cumulative effect already.
In my case I barely will even look in the direction of an AI on less than a gram of test. I also used exemastane [aromasin] which has a shorter half life [about 1 day] and even then I'll use it infrequently enough to avoid a build up as I'm not looking to drive my E down too low

many think you need 1mg bot is powerful stuff !

Never have this problem problem with Adex. .5 ED. Have opposite problem..too much energy.

I never used to worry about it , but the older I get , the more I am scared of hi estro levels

Silver lining is you know your AI is legit. Some guys have the opposite problem

what is the lowest point that you would start with ?
would it be less then .25 e3d?
