Did you rotate injection spots on the biceps like top middle bottom and just one spot on the triceps or did you inject in the same spot each time on the bis and tris?

I pretty much did middle of left and right side of bicep close to the top like I seen in pics I noticed when I would go lower portion of bicep I always hit a friggin nerve so quit doing it. And alway hit close to same spot on triceps always massaged in oil very well got a very nice even arm nothing looks abnormal or un natural just bigger rounder and fuller.

I'll have to look at the diagrams and try a tri. I pin every where else besides bis, lats, calves so I should just man up. It would be nice to have two more sites to give everywhere else a rest. The ed injects start to suck after two months, even when your giving each spot an 8 day break.

thats how i felt man, it was like i was fwalking ( flexing while walking ) my biceps all the time, its not worth the small localized swelling atleast not now in my off season

Yea it is a little painfull but dear lord with the swelling and pump holy cow the arms look insane love it

Ya I prefer tricep shots over biceps. I was only using one cc in each bi and id be walking around like T rex all week. my tris could take a cc n a half with little to no issues.

EHH The 3cc is not bad at all but I am with you I prefer the tricep over bicep just have knicked too many nerves in biceps.

There's a lot of meat on the tris. You should tri poking them.

Triceps are really not bad at all and biceps are not too bad I prefer not to poke my traps.

yes you should switch your sites on your triceps if you are pinning that often. Triceps are a pretty big muscle and you could handle 2cc just fine

Ive started doing my pins ed rotating between tri bi and shoulder. my question being for the guys who do this, do you always use the same head of the tricep? last time i used the rear head as its the biggest and easiest to hit from underneath. or should i be switching between the rear and long head to spread out the oil. I'm doing between 1.5 and 2.5 cc ED. thanks

I like to do the inner and out head of the TRI's to inject. I like keeping
my sites rotated. Over 20+ yrs and Its worked quite well.

Put your arm straight out to the side. Where your tricep dips the lowest is where you want to pin

Depends what im pinning. If im doing two or more cc's I do it in the fat part. If im doing say tren with an insulin syringe, i like to hit that outer head

How do you aspirate fully when doing 3cc shots? Or do you use a 5 ml barrel?

Most ive done is 2.5 so can aspirate back to the 3ml mark.

I thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital the first time I pinned an SEO in my biceps it hurt so bad. Couldn't straighten my arms all the way for like 3 days. Sweated my ass off when it came time to pin them again. Luckily the second time wasn't quite as bad

Hell with that I did protocol like TitaniumRep said and that is more than enough pinning. Also I am finally down to my end of maint period and trying to pin bicep after clen and coffee not a good combo haha.

I have done 3ml's a gizillion times you just pull past the 3ml mark you can actually fit about 3/14 cc in a 3cc pin so if you aspirate and only get bubbles you are g2g

Tried calves once and it hurt for like 2 weeks!
