Arms going numb when I fall asleep

Just started to get some serious size and used to sleep on my side, but now my arms and outside of my hands are numb after I wake up. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, doesn't really come from any specific compound for me personally it has to do with water retention. I'll also have certain body parts like lats just fall asleep randomly if I'm in one position for too long during the day lol

change your sleep posture many times maybe better

Adding mass to your shoulders can cause the nerves to be pinched in my experience. Then aggravate that with the wrong sleep posture and numbness can ensue.

yes , I have such problem, so I change my sleep gesture , face up or face down. It is better now

I notice it on higher doses of HGH for sure, My arms and hands fall asleep much easier especially at night.

I tend to sleep with my arms above my head through out the night, i don't know why? I don't knowingly do it? I just wake up with them in that position. ON nights I have them up like that I notice the next day they are all sorts of pinned up and I have issues reaching up high. it takes them a while to looses up when I get into the gym.
when I was a younger man I would roll them out on the foam roller and use a series of baseball, and golf balls to massage them with on the floor. Helped a ton!

And of late it seems like my finger tips are going numb more often? I don't know what the hell is causing this?

this just happens to me unwillingly. i wake up a few times a week with a dead arm that i have to shake out to feel normal again mid-sleep. i don't take growth and only cycle once per year, otherwise i am on trt doses.
