Ok I train one body part a week and in the past 3 weeks my arms have started to overpower my upper body, now this would have been cool if i was in highschool but is there any way to get the chest to grow at a faster rate the only diffrence is I'm kinda doing a FST_7 for bis and supersets for chest , let me guess i just answered my own question right??!!!!;)
 
sounds like a though break bro. but you have to remember with exception of your leg routine your arms get a work out on everything else so if its that much of an issue neglect them for a while.

showy i ment to say one body part a day but i lump bis and tri together, then its chest and delts , back, then legs
 
arms are probably getting worked twice a week or more .such as on chest day ,shoulder day and arm day for triceps .which brings up 2 points

1.is your body telling you ,you respond best to training bodyparts twice a week

2. Are your triceps not fully recovered by chest day ,making them weaker and hence you cant lift as much weight and are not overloading the pecs
 
thanks Street the bad thing is I'm really not getting sore anymore,just my legs
