its a blast man, although if you go to the expo id reccomend doin it fri or sun cause its outrageously packed on saturday. You goin to the actual comp as well?

also, if your going to buy supps, wait until sunday they mark everything down and give away stuff. You may not get the best flavors if you wait and take a chance on some things running out but I do it every year and get awesome deals

may be there not sure yet. short drive for us. after last year i hear that there will be so many more ppl this year. i am like hmmm last year wall to wall ppl didnt like it lol. used to no be so packed they combined events. if we go most likely will be sunday.

I will be there Thursday morning through Sunday night. I have meetings booked the whole time.. I never get to just walk around and enjoy the damn show.

yea im not able to go to the actual comp this yr so im gonna be there sunday for the expo when its not so crowed...hopefully not so crowded

I'll be there working the IForce nutrition booth. Sadly I'm sick tonight and haven't been training in two months due to hernia surgery.

That sucks with the hernia bro. I herniated a disc in my back 8 weeks out from what woulda been my first show last yr. Injuries are no fun :/
