Aromasin is a great Anti-E no doubt about that. However, if you value your hair do not take it. I started losing my hair a couple of years ago. I jumped on finasteride and rogaine and managed to stop most loss. A couple of months on Aromasin, say goodbye to my Hair. That quickly it fell out. I mean RAPID thinning of the hair because of it. I don't even believe it's tru when I
running my hands through my hair. How could this happen so quickly. I went from a full head of hair to nothing in a matter of months. Amazing. Then I look at Aromasin's side effects and it's notorious at causing rapid thinning. Wish I had known that earlier. Guess I'm just going to have to shave my head.

What you're experiencing is not unique to Aromasin, and it's very rare. It will happen with any AI because the lower estrogen levels, can under the right circumstances, make your hair thin. You only need to cut your dose down to allow for enough estrogen to keep it.
Also, hair loss of this type almost always grows back.

For the most part true, but not always. I had to take diflucan which is an anti-fungal for awhile, years ago, because I just had a liver transplant. At that time, I wasn't on anything. My hair fell out like no tomorrow, and I am not prone to hair loss because it doesn't run on either side of my family. However, strangely enough, when my doc took me off the diflucan, my hair grew back thicker and darker.

I take HCG at 200mg E3D for three weeks to keep my boys up to size and then take three weeks off the HCG. Every day I take 25mg of Aromasin to combat any estrogen related problems that might arise (gyno etc.) In addition to this I take Propecia at 2.5mg per day. For the last week and a half I have been taking 10mg of Nolvadex a day too.

Anyway, I am currently cruising at approximetely 220mg of Test p/wk (thats if the UG Test I have is accurately dosed) prob not...so who knows. Anyway, I am getting labs done next week through one of those confidential online deals so I'll better understand where I stand. Speaking of which, has anyone used that before if they are monitoring themselves?

Back to the problem. Since I have dropped from blast to cruise mode my hair has been shedding like crazy and I am developing gyno and pseudogyno. Fat accumulation and hard lumps not behind the nipple (hehe "nipple") but to the sides of it. The thing with the hair though is that it is an OVERALL thinning. In other words it is similar to the hair loss you would see a women post menopause would go through.

I believe the culprit is a Low Estrogen level. I think I have tanked it so low that shit is getting really out of whack. I have almost no libido, my hair is thinning out (I mean amazing loss fellas)

the fact that your hair fell out faster when you dropped the dosage down makes it more likely that niether the exemestane nor the testosterone is really the primary issue. as mentioned previously your finasteride dosage is LUDICROUS and the cause of your rapid and massive shedding is most likely due to prolactin, which is probably due to high dose finasteride (suppressing dopamine as well as the modulating effects of DHT on the ER) combined with the HCG.

it has been made very clear, more than once, that you are taking way too much finasteride. yet you continued, and even increased it further. not really sure what would possess you to do that.

did you even try the nizoral shampoo?

as a note-- the higher to low shift in androgens (and thus dopamine and as well as DHT) are also factors in this equation.

whenever there is any fluctuation for me in test levels there is hair loss...it doesnt matter if its natural ---> cycle levels or going from cycle levels --> natural...there is loss with either (or even upping dosage on cycle I get loss).

John99 I really feel for your situation, seems like you have been experiencing this for a while now. Genetically we are all different. For me Aromasin has been nothing short of spectacular - I have had no hair loss, not even close (and I do have thinning hair in my genetics on my mother's side). And unlike you my dosages are what would be considered "high" by some people (definitely not TRT dosages). The only thing bad about Aromasin for me so far is the toxic waste taste of the RS Aromasin and the occasional tankage of estrogen - which reduction in Aromasin dosage quickly (like in a day) remedies.

I am like you in the sense that I use my general well being as a gauge for my AI dosage (12.5 to 25 as a see fit) I also get bloodwork done every quarter.
