Aromasin/Blood Work Timing

Stats: 6'4 240 13-15% BF
Currently running:
700 Test P
350 Tren A
350 Masteron P
.5 Cabergoline E3D
Aromasin ED

So in my past cycles I have been able to get away with running 25mg Aromasin ED with 700 test, and it keeps my e2 in lower 30s.
I changed where I receive my Aromasin from recently and within the first week I noticed I was feeling "off" . Felt too dry and sex was not much of an importance. Two weeks in I started holding water and couldn't get a pump in the gym and even though I was holding water my joints cracked and popped like crazy. Realized I was slowly crashing my e2.
Luckily it is a suspension so dosing can be manipulated easily, I dropped my dose to 12.5 ED and after about 3 days of constant urination I am back to feeling slightly normal. Joints feel better, no longer bloated. No lethargy or constant sleeping.
With that being said I have bloods waiting to be taken, how long should I wait for my blood levels to stabilize before getting blood work done? I am on day 4 of 12.5, would 7 days be a good mark to get bloods at this dose?
And if anyone else has experienced bloating due to low e2 please chime in, it was really surprising, possibly my body thought I was going into a dehydrated state so it held onto water?

I would think that a week should be fine, from what I remember aromasin does not have a terribly long half life.
