Aromasin Dosage?

Running a 400mg Test Enanthate cycle with 30mg of dbol to kickstart. Do you think 12.5mg ED will be ok to combat gyno and water retention. Thanks.

You could start at 6mg/day and if you think you need it go to 12.5.

Aromasin everyday seems like a little bit of overkill, unless you're already starting to have problems. Aromasin is pretty strong stuff.

Subjectively the mean Half Life of Aromasin is roughly 9 hours, complete suppression will not occur while one is on Exogenous Testosterone, therefore some may need a daily dose of Aromasin.

Also Some OTC supplements and Acetaminophen can Cause Aromasin too Metabolize much faster, thus requiring more Aromasin,possibly twice daily dosing.

I just started my first cycle, just a test cycle. I'm going to run 8mg ED starting week 4 (as advised by my roid friendly doc).

Just speaking from personal experience, I have tried doing that because I figured I wouldn't need it until the test kicked in. What ended up happening was that I got acne and bloated. I would recommend starting the Aromasin the same day you take your first shot.

I'm on about 300mg a week test enathate. I have pharm grade aromasin and I was using 12.5 ed thought it was too much backed it down to 8mg ed. I regret it, I personally need 12.5mg ed when on only 300mg of test. So it is definitely depends on your individual body.

I've been running 10mg daily with 1,000mg test, 600mg EQ, and 75mg Anadrol. It's working fine - no water, bloat, or gyno issues. I'll bump that up to 15mg daily while I'm on a 2 month test cruise.

Personally I judge dosing my Aromasin or any AI,by my nocturnal and morning erections,also I try and take notice of REM sleep/ dream-ability.

To answer your question goes into subjectivity of individualized per se.

It's not that hard to cut the pill into 4th with a pill splitter. Yo-yoing E2 is going to lead to side effects, remember most of these hormones are pulsitile in their natural state anyway. When running a lot of test, I definitely notice a difference in nipple soreness between daily and 2x daily dosing, at least do daily.

The problem with getting bloodwork is it won't tell you anything. Your test is so far out of the normal range, your E2 is also going to be out of the normal range, so the problem becomes figuring out how much out of the normal range is OK, which goes back to feel.

Remember at BEST, an AI is going to lower E2 by about 50-60%

you could wait the 4 weeks and see how it goes. why take it if you don't need it? as stated, it's strong, and if you get sides it won't take long to knock them down.
personally, im on the same test dosage and 12,5 eod is perfect for me.

Can you recommend legit exemestane that is in pill form? I wouldn't have a problem cutting the pill but the only aromasin I can find is in capsules...
