Aromasin or Arimidex during cycle?

.5mg 2x a week on TRT or .5mg ED up to 500mg.

i have the 1mg capped version, can i just take the powder out and divide in half to get my .5mg?

What would you brahs recommend for me. I don't necessarily have full blown gyno but during my offseason my nips get puffy/fat and the areola is large. pretty un-aesthetic and it pisses me off.

have not tried nolvadex during my offseason cycle, no. Why would it work better than arimidex?

Someone smarter than me will have to chime in on that. I just know they say Nolvadex works better for gyno.

It's a SERM (Selective estrogen receptor modulator) that targets estrogen receptors in breast tissue. Nolvadex is used to prevent estrogen related gynecomastia, resulting from elevated estrogenic levels. It is taken as a preventative measure in small doses, or used at the onset of any symptoms e.g. nipple soreness/sensitivity. Which is what you have with the puffiness and swelling.

Agree to this... U need estrogen to build up a bit with testosterone to balance out. Exceptions would be:
symptoms of gyno,
sexual sides,
or if you are using Anti-e as part of a final stage of contest prep.

This^^^ with Adex I get away with a very small dose when bloat or itchy nips arise..around .125-.25mg E3d works for me.
