AROMASIN QUESTION

I recently had ACL surgery and am using test and npp in order to stop my muscle from totally deteriorating from catabolic state that surgery puts muscles into. Also to help heal tendons faster. So far ITS INCREDIBLE for helping my leg not shrink anymore due to the surgery. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone that has recently had surgery to prevent muscle deterioration.My question is this. I am using around 75 mg to 100 test prop a week and around 150 npp. I have been taking 12.5 aromasin daily. Im wondering if I even need to use any aromasin at such a low dose of test and npp. What are your opinions on this?

Hey bro...to really determine if you need an AI, you should get your blood tested, and see where your estrogen levels are at. You are on relatively low dose steroids, so you may not need one. The goal you should have is to keep your Estrogen between 20-30 pg/ml for the entirety of your cycle, regardless of what dosage of AI is necessary to achieve that. Hope this helps.

Best advice is get bloodwork and make sure u are in range. Me personally, id run that with no AI.That dose AI would make my estrogen way too low and id feel terrible. I do best with my estrogen at the high end of the range or even a bit over.(50-60) But everyone is different and if u dont kno for sure then get bloodwork and 20-30 is a good number to shoot for.
