Currently on TRT, 160mg TC per week (split 80mg pin Monday, 80mg pin Thursday). I just moved to this twice a week schedule last week. Prior to that I've been pinning 160mg of TC every Monday.

I've been using Aromasin for a long time now and last time I had my bloodwork done and it dropped it to 17pg/ml. (while on the once weekly dosage of 160mg TC)

Right now, I've decided to clear my body of Aromasin as I think I've tanked my estrodial. By splitting my TRT dosage up into two times per week I'm hoping that will help. Do you know how long it will take for Aromasin's effects to stop. Granted I've been on Aromasin a long time now. I'm petrified of gyno but I'm thinking I may be better off without an AI at all. My sex drive is nil, I've retained fat, my bones hurt, and I'm tired all the time. Like all the time. If gyno flares up I'll have to use Nolva.

Take some dbol or hcg to get estrodial higher fast.

How long will it take if I don't do that? I don't want it to go flying the other way and then have to use an AI again. Anyone else know?

Till libido is back, just start slow like 10 or 20mg dbol or 500iu hcg 2/3 times a week

Stop when its turns back, when its to high take nolva

Same symptoms here brother. Same situation too, Aromasin for YEARS on end. I just stopped 2 weeks ago. If you get gyno, get the gland totally removed, youll never have to worry again and you can blast as much as you want. In the world of bodybuilding, this is absolutely worth every penny in terms of surgery cost.

if it were me I would not take anything to spike estro, just drop the AI, if you went from once a week to twice a week with same dose your test level more than likely will go up fairly significantly, a couple of years ago I went from 150mg once a week to 80mg twice a week, once a week trough was 650, twice a week trough was 1215.

Interesting I thought splitting it up was better estrogen-wise. When did you have your bloodwork done in relation to injecting? The day after, a few days after, day before the next shot, day of shot?

with twice a week i inject sunday morn and wed evening, I always get BW on wed afternoon, with once a week I would inject on mon and get BW on mon before inject, since going to twice a week I have dropped dose to 120mg a week split into 2 injects, I still take a small dose of anastrozole, I even went to 100mg a week split twice and estro came back 49 with no AI, I am just saying if I were you I would not take anything to spike e just drop AI and let it happen naturally, and expect a rise in your t level, personally I am thinking about going back to once a week and see how it effects my h&h, dont know your age but im older ( 54 ) and it seems the older you are the more problems, lol, such as with estro and h&h.
