You’re conveniently leaving out the part where the aromatase enzyme is found in BOTH the liver, as well as in adipose tissue

But the enzyme is more concentrated in adipose tissue than in the liver, yes, so more activity will occur in the adipose tissue than in the liver

To say that it doesn’t work at all on estrogen synthesis in the liver is incorrect, however

Accordingly yes. Tissue specifc cell type(s) activity on transcripts of cytochrome isoenzymes varies in different anatomical locations. Intraindividually, ethnicity and age also plays a pivotal role.

Doesnt't he aromatization caused by the liver happen in the blood after the liver releases aromatase enzyme, and not IN the liver? Or have I just thought about the liver and all it's hormones completely wrong for the last 7 years? I always see people saying "in the liver".

Just to be totally clear: are you stating that the Aromatase synthesized in the liver is then poured into the bloodstream?

That's what was thought, supposedly deca only aromatizes in the liver and that is why it doesn't aromatize that much compared to test, but i myself haven't looked into that for decades

I am definitely not sold on this and will do more homework but regardless of where the the transition takes place E2 is E2 and will be controlled by Arimidex as it always has
