Alot of controversial stuff going on there. I think he helped Steve Kuclo for a while as well. Had him training twice a day based on some of the videos I watched. Not sure if they are still working together. I think it all comes down to finding what works for you. Proper ratio of stimulus (training), sleep, nutrition, and supplements. Personally I like bouts of volume training to let my joints heal and bouts of "growth phases" Higher intensity stuff lower volume (progression based). Art Atwood looks like a freak on his website though in his prime, Never seen someone's skin look like that in person. Wish I could try his Karbolyn supplement...Now Im just rambling that is all. lol
