arthritis and back pain

anyone recomend anything to help heal arthritis i have it in my back i m going to try hgh yellow tops a friend of my said it worked for him

Long term lower doses of hgh. I have 3 degenerated dis in the lower back with arthiritis. Since I done a stretch of gh for 1 year, it has strentghen my back and other joints.
