6 months ago I was rack pulling 675lb. I was on my last rep and when I Stood up all the way I heard a lot of cracking and popping coming from my left side in my trap, chest, and shoulder. I immediately dropped the weight and I felt a sharp pain in Collarbone when I breathed in. I did not have insurance at the time so I couldn’t afford an MRI but I got an X-ray. No bones were broken but the doctor said that I have pretty bad arthritis for my age. There was a few white lines stemming from my shoulder bone. I went to a chiropractor, got a few deep tissue massages from a sports massage therapist, and I have been still trying to stay active and training 4 times a week.
I ended up getting atrophy in my left arm, numbness in my middle finger, pointer finger, and thumb. The feeling came back after a long time but I still can’t do any pressing movements or even tricep push downs. On a hammer strength machine I can still press 4 plates with my right side but I can only do one plate on the left side.
I really want to get better so I can train again. I came off of all gear shortly after the injury. I have been clean for 5 months and I plan on staying natty until I get fixed. Once I know i’m Good to go I plan on jumping back on.
Are there any AAS or SARMS that could potentially help me? i’m open to any ideas
