Jeez, I never knew. No wonder serving sizes of pills are so much less than powder.

FYI Swanson has 300mg x 30 caps for around 18 bucks... I'm thinking about picking some up unless you found something cheaper?
 
I would just add magnesium threonate and glycinate.

Take 12-15mg/kg of glycinate post workout without calcium present and then 3 caps of threonate at bed

Anyone try the Doctors best Ashwangda? I believe its the sensoril version. Have it on the way to try out.
 
Just ordered Anti Anxiety Formula 900mg With Gaba, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, Ashwagandha off Amazon to see if it helps with tren aggression. Everything has been setting me off lately. We'll see if it helps soon. Been using kratom, and that definitely helps, but I try not to use it very often

I really found high dose magnesium is most effective. I have experimented with this with up
To 100mg Tren ed for the last 6 weeks of a 12 week blast.

My theory is that the increased stress on the cardiovascular system, increased bone mineral
Uptake and also the sweating drains magnesium stores.

You can take all the fucking herbs you like but being low in essential fatty acids and amino acids and minerals is the first thing any supplement regime
Should look at.

I suggest high dose of magnesium threonate, glycinate. You want gaba? Magnesium is THE MINERAL responsible for gaba and serotonin synthesis. Also it binds to the NDMA receptor which if exposed is the culprit for involuntary activation of fight or flight.

I highly suggest this, but take what you will

I have used it extensively. For me, I have to take it prior to bed time since it makes me extremely tired. I love it to be honest with you.
 
I used Jarrow for years, but they switched the Sensoril to K-66 (I think) and it's not the same. The Sensoril was great. Subtle but noticeable.

Speaking of Magnesium, I tried the super expensive Magnesium L-Threonate, supposedly the only Mag that increases brain levels, but I didn't notice much.

I tried that form of magnesium too. I couldn't tell any difference using this form.
 
Anyone notice any difference in energy when taking over 2 grams of Ash?
 
Picked some up the other day. Hoping I respond well to it.



Going to take it with my magnesium taurate a couple hours before bed.
