Recently started astaxanthin (bio astin) at 12mg a day. Sounds good on paper

That's what I take. I've been on that plus curcumin and probiotics and I have literally not been sick for about a year. Usually I'm on zithromax 2 times a year with inflamded throat and ears.

I attribute it to one if not all of those supps as they were they only changes to my supp routine.

I really like the Asta! I am fair skinned and burn very easily. I took it all summer and never once got red or burned and seemed to tan much easier. Great stuff!
