At home sperm test. Check this out.

Im on HRT and was curious if I would still be able to have kids. Would this test work as well as if I went to the dr. to get a script to get a sperm test done in a lab? What do you guys think?

That test will only give you a general # of sperm through a staining process. It can't discriminate morphology (shape), or motility (speed/direction).
Most insurance plans don't cover sperm samples. In my experience it cost around $80. You'll need to provide your sample in the clinic. They basically hand you a cup and introduce you to a private room with certain video/reading materials to help you concentrate.
I wouldn't waste my money on that "at home" test. Your on a little more than HRT doses based on your posts so expect your #'s to be very low. Remember though...it only takes one and many guys on this and other boards have become fathers on heavy cycles.

yah I want to know this, b/c if my levels are at 0 on hrt, im gonna go off competely and try to recover naturally(probably gonna take like 6months to recover), except i'll use 4iu's HGH ed to keep all my muscle.

Their are labs that will let you give your sample in a plastic cup and get the sample to the lab within 30minutes. My count is a big fat zero right now in Sept I am going to come off when not using I use 300mg test ent a week. MM

I've been tested twice and both times insurance covered it, I was able to find 2 places both within 5 minutes of my house to deliver it and they provided me with a jar and I had to bring it back within 30 minutes of "filling" it up. the first time I had sex with my wife and then shot my load in the cup not knowing you're not supposed to do that for specimen contamination reasons... the second time they gave me very specific instructions and the wife wasn't home anyway so I had to "manually" deliver the goods. I went from 17 million the first time around to over 70 million after varicoscele surgery the second time around. We're trying to get pregnant now and hopefully will soon so I can go back on.
