After trying all kinds of different gear combos over the last decade I find that anything over 2.5 grams a week tends to be a bit of a waste for me in returns of gains vs sides. Then I see guys like that Bostin Loyd kid promoting 10 grams of gears a week :banghead: My personal sweet spot is around 250 mgs of test a day along with another anabolic like deca or eq with 5 ius or so of GH. At what point do you guys start noticing that the sides are outweighing the gains?
