At how many mgs do you start feeling the point of diminishing returns?

After trying all kinds of different gear combos over the last decade I find that anything over 2.5 grams a week tends to be a bit of a waste for me in returns of gains vs sides. Then I see guys like that Bostin Loyd kid promoting 10 grams of gears a week :banghead: My personal sweet spot is around 250 mgs of test a day along with another anabolic like deca or eq with 5 ius or so of GH. At what point do you guys start noticing that the sides are outweighing the gains?
 
For me it's 1500mg to 2000mg a week.
This would be a total of all compounds used
 
Gonna be very different for each individual and per the compound used. 2.5g of methyl tren will most likely kill anyone on this planet.

Main diff. will be in bodytype. I get really big on 1200 TNE 750 trena and phera or epi or sd.

That's all pellet stuff so it is accurate. Some guys couldn't take that much while others would need a lot more.
 
And to be clear, all of these mega dosing morons have no clue what they are doing and probably have been ripped off so much over the years that they don't know what 5g of real gear is. 5g of pellet brewed crap will put you thru the moon.

The only people who KNOW what they are truly running are pellet converters or have a scrip.....and Watson has been found to be off so scrips may not be accurate either.

As an example:
Assume that some UG gear that is 250 is really 150 so a 5 gram cycle is actually 3 GRAMS...wow.

Same thing with powders that may not be right.

If you aren't accurate in dosage then it's all a crapshoot.
 
I think we have to keep in mind the actual compound as well...as several said the point of diminishing returns will change compound to compound(exp. tren would be much lower then test)
 
I really dont know what the point of diminishing returns is on most compounds. I do know the effective starting point for most.
