guys i havent had a computer for over a week now. sorry i havent been around. im at the masters,teen,coiligate,figure nationals in pittsburgh. gotta say there are some great bbers here being its 1 week out from ythe usa.
vinnie galantie looks great, nice shape lean but not big. looks like he may grab the ltheavy class. 26 guys in the class. my buddy luke looks like 3-5th some where in there. he won the ltheavy in the garden state a few weeks ago.
my boy rich looks like he will take the welterwt class. gus carter looks amazing. on hand last night was dave palumbo, jenny lynn, lee appearson(his wife is competing) mike ergas(he is a nice guy.) i saw that kid billy gunns here. wtf???this kid look terrible. honestly doesnt look like he works out. im not bashing just making an observation!!!! theres 250+ compeditors here. finals are tonight, so we will see whjat happens. at 255 lb i feel small here. puts everyhting in perspective as this is my first national show. need to get some size on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a blast, even though I didn't make the to 5, or the top ten even... Just to be surrounded by so many awesome competitors and not look out of place made me feel good.

Of course getting a few compliments didn't hurt either, LOL.
