The adrafinil will last the longest...with most people experiencing roughly an 8-12 hour duration of action. The higher the dose, the longer you will notice it for. 2 caps generally wears off after about 8 hours, wile 3 caps is more like 8-12 hours, depending on the individual. As for the other 9 ingredients, they all have different durations of action, but generally speaking, they all fall somewhere in the 4-8 hour range.
Yes, or at least 8-10 hours before bed. I would just start out with a morning dose and see how long the effects last for you...and from there you will be able to more accurately gauge your timing.

I am under the same impression. Irregular schedule makes it difficult to take.
