Right now I'm currently taking T. Prop roughly 150 - 200 a week. I'm 190, slowly working my way to 170. Muscle gain is not the priority but I wouldn't mind a little more strength and increased cardio.
I run 5 miles everyday, 30 minutes rowing, 14 rounds of 2 minute jump rope with 30 sec break. In the week I will lift two to three times a week. I'm just trying to stay flexible and not so muscular.
Thoughts on changing anything up?
