Chocolate Protien Brownie.
2 Cups TP WPI or Caesin protien powder CHOCOLATE
4 egg whites
3 cups water
3 tsp baking powder.
Mix it all in a bowl.
pour it into a glass baking dish covered with pam
bake at 350 for 45 min

makes 10 brownies.
each brownie has:
6.5G pro
5.4 grams carbs
2.7 G fat. and theyre delicious.

I just sent this to B-boy personally. and decided to post here and not in the recipe forum. everyone needs to know about these.

Was it really runny when you mixed it up? We have them in the oven now, but the mix doesn't seem thick enough.

Yes it was. They will thicken up as it cooks. let them cool to room temp before cutting. Keep in mind though, to keep this healthy were eliminating a TON of suger, and a TON of flour. it wont be a brownie like betty crocker brownie mix, but they are really really good.

SHIT!!!!!! 6.5 g protien per brownie... i realized i just typed 65G per brownie.

Ill try cutting the water by 3/4 cup tomorrow and replacing it with 1/2 cup LBA. i dont know how the vegetable glycerine in the LBA will affect the baking process though.
 
Its too late tonight but tomorrow im going to come into work early and try to make a decent high protien, low carb, moderate healthy fat cheese cake.

did you try it with whole eggs?
 
I'm making some right now, I'll let you know how they taste. I'm using whole omega-3 eggs and I'm throwing in some LBA's on top of them when there is about 6 minutes left on the timer.

You are the Pro. Ill do it your way next time. They were pretty good. thinking about playing with better consistancy and making it alittle sweeter.

Actually i could use your help with the cheese cake. i was thinking about using low fat cottage cheese as the base and vanilla protien powder with a fresh fruit sauce consisting of raspberries, and strawberries cooked way down wiht just water and put in a food processor, then reduced even more.
Maybe a few eggs, and some splenda to hold it together and sweeten it up.
