In my other thread about my never ending H/H and ferritin issues, Dante came in and posted some excellent information regarding MT2 drastically raising H/H. This is literally NEVER talked about anywhere.

For those of you who use or have used MT2, did you keep tabs of your hematocrit and hemoglobin? I'd curious to hear hands on experiences.

NH you got me worried about you brother, wtf is the point of being such a sexy bitch if you feel like shit? :c'eeky-sm:c'eeky-sm

I saw your long list of daily supps and I'm not one to talk at all I have a long list myself but I'm forcing myself to take the month off of everything, as in everything everything not even a multi. Just clean food and hard workouts, figured whatever damage I've done I should let heal and also let my body resensitize to everything. Granted we take a lot of supps specifically to be healthier but who knows what fillers and shit they put in all those pills purposely or not.

Have you ever thought about doing the same? I know you posted about mt2, sorry to go off on a tangent on you bro I don't have any experience with mt2....

Wow. I ran couple of bottles (20mg) of MT2. Had my Hemoglobin and hematocrit very high because of HRT already, but I THINK it increased it even further.

Went in to a viscous cycle where I had to draw blood every two months to keep the H/H in check, which caused my storage Iron to drop almost to zero. Never thought it could be MT2. I'll have bloods done in three months time and not doing MT2; let's see what's cooking here.

Another reason for not doing MT2 is that I live in the arctic circle and people were scared of me when ever I carried a backpack.

Subbed for more hands on experiences.

Nooooo, don't tell me even my precious mt2 is unhealthy!

God damn I love this lifestyle! [emoji12] [emoji15]

I actually feel great, it's just my rbc panel says otherwise. I'd rather try to pinpoint what the cause is than just drop every single health supplement. I don't see how that would do more good than harm. Let's say I am trying to fix an issue and stopping everything works. I still won't know what the cause was. The rest of my bloodwork has looked as good as humanly possible, it's just this one problem. Let's see what happens when I drop the MT2

Yea I understand that, I'm grappling with the same thing the majority of this stuff I take to be healthier so I'm questioning myself with it a lot. But that being said you could add them in one by one after they've all cleared your system, wouldnt that be a better indicator??

Here we go, found a video by Skip Hill on another board
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVrM8DzjroQ&feature=youtu.be

I haven't listened yet, but it's accompanied by a post of him saying
"I agree; I have heard the same thing from others. However, in my case and in the case of my buddy here in Colorado a year or two ago it seems to be related in some way. Again, I just am not convinced that my aas dosages were cut down 3 different times with the last cut being to absolutely zero and the numbers didn't change. Then, after being off of mt2 for 3 weeks the numbers drop significantly."

I also found a post on a board called peak testosterone (trt board) hinting that it raises hemoglobin as well.

Very little info is out there, but it sure looks like there is a connection. Hopefully there is because I'm about to find out.

There is very little information out there -yes and for the life of me I can't find any links to the studies or even many posts on it.
I am a supermod over at IM and we had the discussion about this a few years ago, can't remember the studies we discussed or find them.

kinda sucks for me since have that skin cancer cut off my forehead I was limiting my sun exposure and M2 would have helped...but I average a 53-55 HH with treated sleep apnea and sub-q test doses

That's the other thing I thought it could have been even though I have no physical symptoms of sleep apnea.

This has me very interested even though I don't use M2. But I found some information regarding M2 and how it stimulated alpha-melanocyte receptors, which from a few studies and data in books, can have an effect on RBCs and HH. I didn't have a ton of time to find anything specifically, but search that, and it will bring some information up.
