Avoiding excessive bloating when transitioning from cutting to vacation

I took 3 yr off the gym and just got back a base before doing 10.5 week recomp. I planned a vacation as the payoff for this process and want to cut down into the single digit bf% (would be happy as "high" as 7%).

Is there anything I can do to combat the bloating/softness I will get over 4-5 days at an all inclusive? Drinking will be in heavy effect also.

I was thinking some HCA, a glucose disposing type supplement and heavy glycerol use would give me a fighting chance. Just don't want to kill myself getting cut then cover it all and feel sick and bloated.
 
Probably not. However, depending on what you're drinking, alcohol may act as a diuretic. But if you're drinking sugary girl drinks or good beer, the carbs may counter this.

I would end the strict cut a few days early. Eat at a very slight deficit with moderate carbs. This way your body can better adjust.

Regardless, if you start binging, you'll get soft very quickly.

Even not binging I get overflow/soft QUICK. Did a 450g carbup and looked like hell.

Hope to drink tequila neat (that's my poison of choice) but don't think they will serve it at a moderately price all inclusive that doesn't serve top shelf without an upcharge (unless i can tip heavy)
