I took 3 yr off the gym and just got back a base before doing 10.5 week recomp. I planned a vacation as the payoff for this process and want to cut down into the single digit bf% (would be happy as "high" as 7%).
Is there anything I can do to combat the bloating/softness I will get over 4-5 days at an all inclusive? Drinking will be in heavy effect also.
I was thinking some HCA, a glucose disposing type supplement and heavy glycerol use would give me a fighting chance. Just don't want to kill myself getting cut then cover it all and feel sick and bloated.
