I personally have no issue with 1-3g/day but there is sentiment out there that you're just pissing out excess and over around 500mg or so per dosing is overkill. Vitamin C intake is not something to stress about. Get some extra in, and you're covered. The point is, mega dosing like 6-10g/day orally is probably useless. But it is recommended to take NAC and C at the same time
Can you explain why you recommend using less? I'm just more interested more than anything.
