the thing is every thing is already out there. how can one trainer coach separate themselves from the others if they all say the same thing. they all work because building muscle is not rocket science. classic example is nick walker. he is growing with so many coaches he has had. is it the coaches or nick walker? at the end of the day if you can get the food down and train hard and take gear that sits well with you your gonna grow. and if you have good genetics and do this for 10-12 years you end up on the olympia stage.
that isn't to say one shouldn't try new coaches etc but there is only so many food choices, gear choices and machines/equipment.
they all work. sometimes things need adjusting but for the most part its the same damn foods over and over again. i bet it doesn't even matter how you go about structuring it, you can have high low medium or all flat out same each day at the end your physique probably won't look any different.
