This a recipe to a sauce I use that I put on EVERYTHING.
Beef, chicken, rice, spaghetti, turkey, fish, WHATEVER! This sauce truly is awesome and here I am to share it with you.
First, peel off the outer thin skin of a large tomato and throw it away, and dice up the rest of the tomato VERY fine.
Then dice up finely 1/2 of a large white onion. Must be white! Make sure the pieces are really tiny!
Cut up 1 batch of cilantro, only leaves, no sticks. This should be about a handful of cilantro.
Throw all of this into one big bowl

Now it might sound silly, but it wont taste authentic unless its done in this EXACT order. I repeat, EXACT order...
1 teaspoon of salt sprinkled over entire bowl
Squeeze 1 entire lime into the bowl over the salt
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
4 sprays of white distilled vinegar (about 1/2 teaspoon)
1/2 Cup Water
Then last but not least...dump 1/3 Bottle of Frank’s Red Hot Thick Sauce.
Yes, 33% of the bottle lol.

Spin this all up thorough and do your first taste test with your favorite piece of bread.
Enjoy!
