is the closest you can get to "healing" a stretch mark.

You need to roll that micro dermal needle all over the stretch marks, and then apply Mederma. The needle will ensure MAXIMAL absorption of the cream, and the tiny abrasions the needle leaves in the skin, will promote blood flow and healing to the area. Essentially, you are cutting the skin AGAIN to induce healing.

Bought a dermaroller 1.5mm and a dermastamp 1.5mm for my stretch marks on my hip area and right ribs..and retonin cream

Got numbing cream and was gonna roll over the full area about 8times then apply vit e cream....gonna do a full roll every 6weeks..but then i've read in between that 6weeks you should use the dermastamp too?

Also saw you mention MEDERMA...do you really think this will help, and would you do it straight after rolling

I;ve heard Mederma hinders collagen production so is bad to use post rolling?

I dont have any experience with the derma stamp, only the roller.

The best in my opinion is rolling, then applying the retinol cream....go to sleep, the next day apply Mederma to the area. Vit E cream would help after as well. The key is definitely getting the retinol in there first...as that is the most powerful cream of em all.

How did you get all those Marks? they looks fairly recent since they are still vey pink!! Tanning helps because it make them less visible; other than that only time will make them fade away. so save your money on all the creams and gadgets.

the theory behind the roller is to increase penetration of w/e products being applied but also to cause micro trauma to the skin causing the body to produce more collagen to repair itself. It should not hurt, you don`t need to leaving marks on your skin with the roller. My wife does a facial treatment with those rollers.
