B complex doseage

here is the deal-I have neuropathy in the feet (painful) I've heard that B complex injection style will help

I have some Vet stuff was wondering the dosage per week...before anyone starts with try the search button, never occurred to me:banghead:

here is the break down per mL


B1-100mg

B2-50mg

Niacin-100mg

B6-10mg

Panthenol-10mg

B12-100mg

also, planning on mixing it with test/deca blend, heard people say not to mix water and oil in the same vial-why?

Do you know the cause of the neuropathy or are you thinking it's from a B vitamin deficiency?

not sure-I'm a lineman (power lines not football)

doctors think it could be from all the years of climbing or all the years of drinking

neuropathy is such a generic term-anyone that has nerve problems they call it neuropathy-back in the day anyone that had mental problems they called it schizophrenia

Out of curiosity. Do you have any discoloration around your ankle area such as a beige or copper color? Can you see any small veins that are dark colored at the surface of the skin around your ankles? Any loss of hair on the top of your foot or toes?

age is 42 just figure this is part of getting old

on gabapentin 3x a day

where exactly is the pain?
it could have more to do with tendons/innflamation/circulation.
that said i would not expect b vits to be a fix all.

cns support is minerals, some vits and good fats. probably not one thing is gona make a night n day dif.

docs arent always right, particularly 1 doc 1 time.
not saying its not just could be other things to consider...

planters fascites, and or other sorts of tightening and inflamation of the tendonds in the feet.

i had a lot of foot pain for idk 1-2 years, it peaked then got better with a lot of time off.

like horrible stabbing in the bottom of my foot/arch area, and knuckle area and big toe. genuine stabbing like i would jump and say oouch! other tiems felt like my foot was on fire.

i was paranoid about a variety of things.

neuropathic pain like you said is a giant bigass word for idk. lol

one sort of ironic coincidence.. i had taken pregabalin for 2-3 years to help sleep and slow down the head a lil. pregabalin is kinda like gabapentin though a lil cleaner feel, also used for neuro pain. some time after i stopped the pain was gone too. im not saying that they are connect, just an ironic coincidence.

but neuropathic pain is basically an explanation for no other explanation found, makes the pateint feel better then saying its all in your head or go do some rehab.

im thinking it could be better dealt with due to your job with rehab.

yeah you got me, first the pain was so bad-stabbing in the toes and bottom of the feet that I can barely sleep

they have gotten better of the past couple of months

been reading that b12 and b complex support the nerves and it will help through the injection system

tried b12 about 10 years ago mixed it with test and tren and it was the only winter that I didn't get sick

I take a b complex 50 capsule by natures way. Quality product and I only take one capsule.instead of 2 and my piss is still neon yellow.

I always took what was called B-50 complex, obviously 50mg of each B vitamin. Seemed to really help my general feeling of well being. Tried B-100 but was too strong. Now a days I can't find it seems they all just say B-complex. I suppose they discovered different mg amounts work better?
Bottom of my feet were killing me too. I went to a podiatrist I personally know. He said just needed custom shoe inserts. I tried it and was a miracle.

yeah wear inserts myself they do help but every day is different

so how much mg a week is recommended?

read that the B vitamins don't get absorbed in the stomach as well when a person get's older
