I just bought a big ole jug of b12 because I have a frI end who swears it helps his energy levels. Anyone else supplement this?

It definitely has its place

I've had quite of few guys take it near the tail ends of prep along with something like a superdrol pre workout to keep intensity and energy at its highest during their weight training sessions

(Im not saying to do this but if you competing at the national + level it does help)

already tried pharma grade b12. hard to tell if i felt anything different, specially because i only tried it twice

I regularly (2x a week) use Lipo-B injections and I definitely notice a huge difference in wellbeing and energy. I also don’t use preworkouts or intake much caffeine though so I’m probably more sensitive to the energy increase from it. I don’t imagine it’d be really noticeable if a person takes tons of other stimulants.

Check your baseline labs first, you may be normal. The range on serum B-12 is vast.

Ahh I see my old thread has been brought back.

So I used it for about a year. Worked well but I feel I was in a different situation. I was training for athletic competition 3 to 3.5hrs a day in Southern heat half the time. I was getting very dehydrated and realized how much I was losing in sweat. I would for sure reccomend b-12 if lots of sweating and physical exertion is part of your daily life.

I don’t “feel” anything from b12. But I get these huge jugs of b-complex injectable for very cheap and use 1 ml per week for insurance
