B12 Injections

I was given a sample of injectable b12. I have found differing opinions on how to use it ranging from every day to just once per month. How the hell does everyone else run it?

you can run b12 ed or once a month and anything in between. it isnt toxic, so it all depends on how it makes you feel, how long that lasts for you. nobody can tell you how often to use b12, you have to figure it out for yourself. i recommend trying it every 4 days to start, and adjust as you think you need to from there.

i was running 1ml/wk. im gonna try out 2ml every 4 days.

That's kind of what I was thinking with all the mixed information I've been seeing. I even saw one post(I don't remember where) that said you shouldn't need b12 during a cycle. I'm not on right now, so I was going to give it a try to see the effects.

Won't do a thing unless you are deficient. Fact. Blood test? Its water soluble so worst case ya take chance (always is) of a pin and ya piss it out. You get plenty in diet and if not bleeding regularly and healthy a waste. For elderly 70 yrs old maybe but only if deficient. And that is a fact.

Interesting. I've read that somewhere else, it may have been on this board actually. Do you know where you got this fact? I'm not saying I don't believe you, I'd just like to read more into it.
