you can run b12 ed or once a month and anything in between. it isnt toxic, so it all depends on how it makes you feel, how long that lasts for you. nobody can tell you how often to use b12, you have to figure it out for yourself. i recommend trying it every 4 days to start, and adjust as you think you need to from there.
