What are peoples experience with B12 shots? Worth it?

5000 mcg everyother day. Ive got energy, I feel good. I think its more placebo tho.

yeah, i dont really notice much from it either. My roommate and I splurged and bought 5 bottles of 1000mcg/ml. Im taking 2.5 ml with 1/2 sustaplex twice a week, mainly to utilize the 3 ccs available in the pin. Ill use a slin and do 1 cc subq on the other days if im feeling up to it, im a bit over being a pin cushion. My roommate swears by it, but i think its more placebo.

wouldnt that have your RBC to high? sounds like alot i use 1cc every 3 or 4 days of synthalamin. works fine.

Synthelamin works great at 1cc every few days. Energy, appetite and the good life feeling.

I've been taking 1 cc. Of b12 hg weekly with 1 cc of oil both @ the same time IM. I'm gona slin another cc of b12 into a smaller muscle group.

Its been 4 or 5 weeks and at first I felt better but now I don't know. B 12 is water based so I want to use it up in 15 weeks or sooner to avoid any contamination.

It seems to increase appetite in me. Not really an effect I like. I do think it can make you feel kind of good. I think that is more if you have a deficiency for whatever reason though.

i do 1cc of b12 twice a week and it helps my anemia. no real energy boost but i stop bruising so thats a plus lol its good for iron deficiency anemia for sure

I always get great result from Synthelamin. I found I need 2,000mcg/day ED of other brands to get the same result as Synthelamin twice a week.
